| Hi Jackie, welcome home. Hope you had a great time on your trip.
I'd like to address the paragraph you have on the "Bogus Dog Tags." It happened to me, but I can say the dog tag that was returned to me is real and was the one I was issued in 1966. Here is the link to the story on my website. http://ronniefoster.com/ronnie%20page/dog%20tags.htm Also, the request you had about Tom Hollis- I've been in touch with the Hollis family. Tom was with my best friend, Bill Bryan, when Bill Was killed on 20 Jan. 1968. Tom was badly wounded in that same action and died eight days later. The story of that ill-fated Marine Recon Team is told in detail in my upcoming book- "One Day As A Lion- Collin County Heroes of the Vietnam War" You can read more about those guys at this website. http://www.hmm-364.org/bryan-cw-index.html Thanks. | May our Heavenly Father bless you all who have given their all.
This is the Promised Land to many of us, especially those who have ancestors who have came here from other countries. This is the Land of Plenty and we who survive appreciate all that protect it. A Retired Army Captain who lost his arm and shoulder once told me that we sort of forget to darn fast those who have fallen. It seems to be true. This is a G-d given country and we sort have forgotten Him. May G-d bless America once again. From those who will never forget, our prayers are with those who have given their all. We may not appreciate some leaders in Washington, but it is the best that we have at the moment. You will never will be forgotten by this family. Dennis Mahoney |

| I just wanted to say THANK YOU and WELCOME HOME to my Big Brothers
I was born in 1960 and watching the Vietnam War as a boy shaped what I would later become, a United States Marine. I owe you all so much, I only wish I were old enough back then to have welcomed you all home when it was supposed to be done. As for our young men and women serving in Iraq, it is my hope that they do not experience what you all had to endure. I have a feeling you aren't going to let that happen, I know I won't.
