To a fallen comrade. TAPS for A Comrade we loved that has passed away, We mourn and pray that same day. A walk in our life that finally ends, Leaving behind so many friends. Vibrate on through our sad hearts, For we know we will also soon part. Clear a path for me my friend, As too, our life will soon come to an end. Worry not for those you leave behind, The duty to watch over them is now mine. Rest in peace and be assured, That your life in our hearts and mind will always endure. We salute you and glorify your once living deeds, And hope that we go on giving, to those that need. Our eyes will some day close, but we will also be able, Perhaps, to feel the vibrations of T A P S. |
